    What a surprise.

It completely pisses me off with these ****ty negative tactics all the time.

What's the point of paying £5m for someone and not play him?

    Absolutely baffling

    Yeah first game back today.

I would have still played him though

Also, who would you drop from that team to pick Graham in a 442? Sess? Surely not. You could drop Vaughan, put Sess in his place and play Graham. That is what I'd do.

Ah ok. Yes, I probably would too. At least give him a half.

DG has had one day training with Sunderland. Not surprised at all to see him on the bench

Yeah possibly. Certainly for the home games I would argue its more feasible.

Or drop Larsson, play sess rw.

If we see DG it'll be as a super sub to score a quick couple of goals in the last ten minutes.

    ;)

Could do. Regardless, that team should beat Reading. They are on a bit of a high at the moment but it will only last so long.

he has had 1 day of training with the squad, why would you expect him to start straight in?

Why the **** is 4-5-1 negative? strange how nobody said it was negative when we beat west ham etc..... its not the formation that dictates how defensive a team is, but the tactics; defending high up the pitch, making sure the attacking midfielders make runs etc.

It's negative in my book (certainly the way we play it). Sess is not a 2nd forward and never will be.

No need to be aggressive - it's just an opinion

Some interesting points made, never the less i think a fit Danny Rose should walk straight back into his position, and if he is on the bench then you would assume he is fit. Horses for courses and Rose has been one of our outstanding players this season so far. To say i am dumbfounded by O'Neills decision is an understatement.

Dansafcman, at last, someone who understands football.

I would wager MON wished that he didn't need to play Cattermole on his first game back from injury, players need to be eased back if circumstances allow.

Exactly. They are down at the bottom for a reason, they are effing crap. Should have been 2 upfront and went for it. Once again lets go behind and give the other team loads of confidence.

I don't take any pleasure in being proved correct buddy.

As you say, they are ****e and the game was there for the taking.

Our negative outlook for the game is, in my opinion, the reason we lost.
