I've got a feeling Kei might do well, if not he's only a loan who we can send back and no real loss. Championship players we all know can step it up in the next league, so who knows.

I didn't say that, but VVW seems extremely unlikely to me and we haven't heard any other names mentioned. If we get someone now it'll be completely out of left-field, and I don't want us to sign another player who hasn't played at a higher level than the Championship...

Fair enough, but they should have set a clearer asking price or said he categorically wasn't for sale. Norwich should have tabled a more serious bid sooner though, perhaps we left it too late.

I'm sure for us to keep coming back with bids there must have been some reason to encourage us. If not, then why waste time for both teams.
