If anything happens the Fletcher he is our main man ! We have to give him a chance but if that is it today I will be a little disappointed.
I want to see him play where Sessignon is playing now, with Sessignon moved to the midfield where he belongs..

Also another thing for most of your fans (and it was) to boo a player who is likely to join you within days. Most of your decent fans seem to realise this was a mistake. Good luck to DG he was very good for us but had some problems in his personal life that clearly prompted this move imo. Some say it was his family wanting a move back to the NE, others that his socialising (which a lot of us have witnessed) didn't go down well with Laudrup and this was made clear to him. On the other hand it could be simply a case of the Spanish guy being better than him. Good luck to him.
Got my full support. Looking forward to seeing him Saturday in one of the few games I get to, living down south.
I was there left knacker and it was about 2-3000 of the fans booing - we get bigger crowds than swansea you know so this is less than 10% of our attendance - 3000 fans booing is loud in a stadium which is quiet otherwise Oh and you looked toothless until Danny came on against us - he made Swansea look much better going forward and much more dangerous and Michu played most of the game in your 6 man midfield passing the ball in lovely triangles
Wasn't arsed if he signed or not but now he's here I'll get behind him, like we all should. He came across very well in his interview and I really hope he does the business for us
Or he might have wanted to come to a club with a big history, bigger and better stadium, a club with more potential, a club with a richer owner, a club with a bigger fan base, a club with state of the art training facilities. Who knows.
Got a goodun there guys, he'll give you 100% Shame he had to go but he didn't like the bench much and his family were home sick. Good luck to him and you guys for the rest of the season
Now that he has signed I believe all SAFC supporters will give him 100% backing. He wasnt our player the other night and he has slated us in the past and with his newcastle roots that always happens, not just towards him. I admit he would not have been my 1st choice but now that he will be pulling on the shirt I will give him as much support as I do for all the other players. He is a decent player and I also think he will get 10-15 goals a season and more importantly give Fletch help
Not overly excited with this signing but must admit he is better than Fraizer so is a better replacement! I don't understand why he would come as he's leaving the bench to be on the bench with us unless MON is going to change the formation. He will however give us more options as I don't think Martin rates Wickham. As for the comments from KNACKEREDJIT sounds more like sour grapes mixed with delusions of grandeur.
Translated; "I hate Sunderland with a passion but the thick ****s offered me a massive slice of the pie so I will rob them of their cash & **** them over in the derby. Can't believe Martin is such a thick ****. Just wait until I'm on the piss with me Gatesheed marras"
