BBC is reporting it IS 100K for what it is worth and they don't usually make stuff up. If you are relegated I'm sure there will be clauses that will let him be sold or a wage cut or something though.
I hope this works out for you, but with Harry's reputation for bankrupting clubs I would be worried. There are class players out there that do not cost the earth, you just need to be able to find them. If you dont stay up this year, will the woner keep piling money into the club for ridiculous wages? Or will you end up the next portsmouth? Not trying to wum, just couldnt believe what this guy is on, even if it is 65k, its insane. Good luck.
BBC are just a bunch of journos, unless they were invited in the boardroom while they negotiated....he isn't on 100k full stop.
Guilty - it used to work really well, now I'm lucky to get the teams news 10 mins before the game when they're standing in front of me lining up! I've tweeted Ian Taylor and Paul Morrisey a couple of times but no respose.
Wasn't that last January, and Blackburn were refusing to sell him to an English club if memory serves me right, hence his move to Anzhi. I could be wrong though!...
Hopefully he'll be at the standard he was when he left, he'll also won't let Holt out muscle him at the weekend. When he score against us, I think he didn't even jump for the ball just stood there and nobody could move him or get close to the ball.
Can not think of a better replacement for mighty Nelson than...The Gladiator Samba... Great signing...
The good news: Samba is a world class defender and we are lucky to have got him. The bad news: in terms of team structure this really just takes us back to where we were on Tuesday evening before Nelson disappeared down the tunnel for the last time. We will need something more to stay up.
The BBC.......the pinnacle of integrity, they don´t make stuff up??? they sure as hell cover stuff up though eh???
