    What about players leaving?

Plenty of talk about who may or may not be coming in but none of them are going to get a game without present players making way. They will have to be let go or be on the books without being given a squad number and/or loaned out.

Lots of talk about Mackie being used as the make-weight to sweeten potential deals but he can't be the only one who's in danger of being shipped out.

Cisse, Nelsen, Anton & Hulse (I know, what a loss!) are off the books already so who else will have to make way to free up space for all these new faces?

    Candidates

    Hogan
    SWP
    Hoilett (part of Odemwingie deal?)
    Mackie (part of Crouch deal?)
    DJ (Hull interested?)
    Betty
Green (if we can hang on to Cesar?)
Diakite (can't believe I'm even considering him but he's not been very good this season)
Bosingwa (I'll pay his cab fare)

I expect Harry to do plenty of business getting in new players but we could also be saying goodbye to a few too.

Hopefully some more loans for fringe players - will lighten some of the wage bill with the sharing of wages. Think that keeping DJ's registration would be good if the worst happens as he is proven at the Championship.

I guess so Eamon and Luke Young back in?

Can I also ask, what is the point of employing Hogan? He gets in the 25 but never plays and isn't even lined up for a loan??? Why put the kid through the wringer? I just don't get it

Hogan - Who would want him
    SWP - see hogan
Hoilett (part of Odemwingie deal?) - hope not
Mackie (part of Crouch deal?) - would be ok with it
DJ (Hull interested?) - yes please
    Betty - No one interested
Green (if we can hang on to Cesar?) - would like it but dont see him going
Diakite (can't believe I'm even considering him but he's not been very good this season) - think hes only leave as p/e if we got Capoue
Bosingwa (I'll pay his cab fare) - hope so!

With all the players who have already left and those who will leave, surely our wage bill won't be much higher than before?

So, out of the "25", the following have gone:

Ferdinand, Nelsen, Faurlin, Dyer, Cisse, Johnson (inj)

    places filled so far:

    Suk-Young, Remy, Samba

Still 3 more places to fill.

Maybe ..... DJ out on loan
