Football reporters never cease to amaze me. I was reading the Mails report on the match and then it's ratings for the players. I came to the conclusion that I was watching a different game last night at Villa.

KRUL 6 yet JONAS gets 7 !!!!!! I do agree with the 4 SHOLA got. Article gives the impression that Debuchy was making his debut, not his 3rd game.

Can you not judge their level of professionalism and attention to detail by their gossip column?

All about opinions, and in my opinion they're idiots <cool>

Not working for the Mail are you Covey? I'd have pegged you as a Guardian reporter. Please don't waste yourself working for the Mail, just use and abuse their development programmes then go on to better things!

Not wumming here at all just browsing and completely in peace - but what do you expect from the Daily Mail - one of the worst, and most untrustworthy sources of Footy news I've ever seen!!

Was reading Orwells Homage to Catalonia a while back. He refers to the Daily Mail as consistently misinterpreting virtually every possible aspect of domestic and international politics. Now admittedly, Orwell wasn't hte easiest guy to please, but it still shows that the Daily Mail had set out its stall early, and started off as it meant to continue

In defence of the Daily Mail. Aston is a long drive from London so they probably just had it on in their kitchen whilst watching the Man city game on the main screen. At least they got the scoreline and teams correct, it has been known to be wrong before...
