I assume Harry makes the decisions regarding who will take free lick and corners?

Wouldn't give up on Granero. Something about him tells me he can be a great player. Harry's been here a while now and I think he rates every player that started today.

What is it about that central midfield position at QPR that is destroying decent players? To see Faurlin, Park and Granero (and Diakite to some extent) fail so spectacularly in the same season is just too much of a coincidence. Did Joey Barton leave a curse at Loftus Road?

I think he's got potential to be great for us and his defensive work is very good. I for one think with a little more confidence we'll all be singing his praises.

Bad First half better second, having someone who can play the ball in the CM does help, I'd be willing to give him ahother chance. M'bia and Granero both played a higher line where possible which helped a lot, least something was learnt from the WH game.

When we have the ball, we arent getting forward enough so the CM has nothing to look for, yesterday we had 3 CM and none of them got forward. Other teams will have 5 or 6 forward but we usually have 1 or 2 so its either a high risk pass or get caught in possession or pass backwards and have the crowd boo.

We lack a midfielder who gets into the box on the sly, dare I say it, a Frank Lampard. Still not enough bodies up there when we are going forward.

Sorry not to join in with the Love-In for The Pirate but I thought Granero was poor last night and why he thinks he should step up and take the free kicks is beyond me. Either A) Harry says Granero must take all free kicks and Adel just goes up to whinge at not being given the kick or B) Granero is a bully and just tells Adel to get lost

Adel has scored some beauties from free kicks so I think he should be numero uno and Granero should practice his short game because some of his passing was woeful. He might have improved slightly as the game went on but I'd have had him subbed earlier.

And can someone teach M'Bia a bit of ball control?

After Saturday's debacle, I was ready to write Granero off. And the first 20 minutes last night confirmed me in that view... and then...from Mr Hyde to Dr Jeckyll... he started to play some good stuff. He's clearly a confidence player, that lost the will to live under Hughes, but I feel may be Harry will get something from him. And he will respond well with some good players around him. He's not the sort that will rally the troops in the face of defeat. But he may yet prove to be an asset
