    One especially for you Maestro.

An Ipswich van driver used to amuse himself by running over every Norwich City fan he would see strutting down the side of the road in their ubiquitous green and yellow colours. He would swerve to hit them, there would be a loud 'thud' and then he would swerve back on the road.

One day, as the driver was driving along, he saw a priest hitchhiking. He thought he would do a good turn and pulled the van over. He asked the Priest, 'Where are you going, Father?' I'm going to say mass at St. Joseph's church, about 2 miles down the road' replied the priest. 'No problem Father! I'll give you a lift! climb in!'

The happy priest climbed into the passenger seat and the van continued down the road.

Suddenly the driver saw a Norwich fan walking down the road and instinctively swerved to hit him. But, just in time, he remembered the priest, so at the last minute he swerved back to the road, narrowly missing the Norwich fan. However even though he was certain he missed the Norwich fan, he still heard a loud 'thud'. Not understanding where the noise came from, he glanced in his mirrors and when he didn't see anything he turned to the priest and said, 'I'm sorry Father, I almost hit that Norwich fan, ' That's okay' replied the priest. 'I got him with the door!'

Hope it wasn't you Maestro and if it was I hope you're fully recovered now.

I am shocked that you lost 0-1 to them today, the team you put out was not a weak team really, yeah it did not have all the main players but I am surprised that Jackson did not get a goal. What has happened to Holt and his goals

Turn it round. Top bloke and good manager. You need a little lift and he appears to be trying to get what everyone knows you need, a goalscorer. Obviously the powers that be need to help him out, but he will remain calm regardless and get you going again.

Tbf Maestro when Hughton was managing us a lot of people were saying that he lacked any plan B or C, just as you're saying now. However, since he did so much for us, and was treated so badly, I don't think you'll hear too much bad about him.

Chris Hughton is still learning the job... he only became a full time manager in 2009 so is still a baby in management terms.

In that time though, he has shown the ability to be a great leader, motivator and tactician.

It's true that he tends to only have two ways of playing - usually 4-4-2 at home and 4-5-1 away with a fair mixture of footballing play. He likes to play decent football but will have no hesitation in 'going long' and being more direct.

It seems strange to use the word 'potential' when talking about Chris Hughton, but that's what it is. I think if you stick with him long-term, he will flourish...

Once he get's to the stage where every player at the club is of his choosing, then I believe Norwich City will really start to fly. <ok>

I love CH and I hope he turns it around at Norwich. Hope he brings in a top striker, I do think you need strenghtening in that department.

You're not wrong on the striker front lady-eleanor. Morison doesn't seem up for it so much. Jackson doesn't seem to be doing much. Kane looks out of his depth, which leaves us with Holt.

In the first half of the Championship season, not going to lie, it was a chore to watch us play. But we'd win most times. The question on forums was "success vs entertainment" and whether the two were mutually exclusive? The fact was, however, that the players we had when we went down were not really conducive to world class play, that's why we went down. The second half of that season was pretty dramatically more entertaining, and hardly at the loss of results as we romped home, and it's by no coincidence it coincided with the January transfer window. We signed Routledge, who had a major impact on the entertainment factor, because let's face it Damien Duff is chronic as a winger.

The next season we destroyed a couple of teams, and emphasized working hard against the others as opposed to entertainment. Chris loves a big guy upfront, but it's not all route 1 like Pardew, he does like wingers and build-up play. I think Norwich, if they get a couple of bodies in will have a turn around in entertainment factor, but they aren't going to stop being dogged in most of the games they play. You'll be safe with Chris, but you aren't going to play like world-beaters every game, or even every other game, but still enough to make Pardew look like a managerial lemon.

One of the first thing CH did was to try and shore up our defence, and during our little run, it seemed he had managed that. The signing of Bassong was a great move. When he is missing, we look very dodgy at the back, Bassong seems to bring out the best in other CHs as well, like Turner
