I know you wouldn't go that far but hell I would, I am really starting to get worried by the lack lustre performances of late. The worst thing is explaining why it has happened, it makes little sense as to why we have fallen apart in the last 4 weeks.
It's not all doom and gloom though, guys. We've written ourselves into the record books! Unlike QPR, what we did today hasn't been done since 1989 when non league Sutton beat top flight Coventry. A new name on the leaderboard
Nobody can deny we've been very poor of late, and of course, it's very embarrassing to be beaten at home by a team 5 tiers below us, but calling for the manager's head is MORE embarrassing in my opinion! Ask all the decent Toon fans if they thought he was a bad manager! We're on a bad run, made worse by injuries to key personnel who are virtually ready to come back! FFS take a chill-pill!
At least we haven't got the cup to worry about let's concentrate on the league, I do hope Luton get absolutely slaughtered by whoever they play next though can't stand the lower club love in. The players know we're out for their heads now especially if they don't perform against Tottenham. We'll make some purchases in the week the lazy players in the team know their cards are written and lets see what unfolds. Being angry is too easy let's get on with it and be patient.
we have to ask ourselves if the back up players, E Bennett, Howson, Jackson, Barnett etc really want to be in the first team, because they gave the impression they were not interested in having a real go at Luton. there was absolutely no fight or passion in these players in the entire match. the same as against MK last season. we were playing a side very inferior in standard to us, suposedly, and yet we played virtually no constructive football. just from the Stoke manual of anti football.
Today wasn't necessarily Hughton's fault but he needs to be more bold. We aren't scoring and he needs to find a system that gets us goals. At the end of the day we lost to Luton because they got more goals than us and there's a reason for that. CTID.
Of course it wass CH's fault. As bad as players perform, the style and structure of the performance is down to the manager. It's not like junior football where no-one lsitens to the manager before during or after the match. These guys go out under orders. The tactic today of defence sitting deep, midfielders passing aimlessly was the manager's creation. And that tactic is no longer working. I don't advocate calling for his head (I think my son wants him burnt at the stake) but I do think he has to enlarge upon his tactics. If Luton can suss us out fairly quickly, then what chance Prem players. And I wouldn't be surprised to see that important stats of chances created being far too equal for a team of wannabe Prem players. I would say that on today's evidence, we need a change of personnel if CH continues with his tactic. Under these ones it is clear there is no place in the starting line up for both CB's, three of the midfield and both strikers. Maybe E Bennet and Martin, Garrido and Rudd have a chance.
this is the worst thing ever ever ever in the whole history of football. we should sack Hughton, every player, McNally and especially the tea lady. We are only thirteenth in the premier league which is absolutely pathetic. we need a rich arab owner and a manager with premier league experience like ian dowie or paul jewell or maybe a foreign one like christian gross because that will solve evrything. Or we could just grow a pair and accept that sometimes football doesn't always work out like we want it to.

Chin up guys! Isn't it a bit ironic that Lambert is **** without you and you are **** without him! Perhaps you should both get together and quick!
That was worryingly bad. I was criticised a couple of weeks back by agreeing with a pink un poster who said we had the worst squad in the PL. I think today sort of proved the point, really. We started with only one of our first team regulars, and with some of the players, esp Fox and E Bennett, who a lot of people have wanted to see start games. The awful fact seems to be that we have only a group of 11 or some players who can play well more often than not at a high level. The rest can have good games, (Peterborough), but can't reproduce that against a team who are more tenacious, are prepared to hunt in packs, and have enough skill to finish off. Luton were worryingly good at all those things. I'm not one to single out individual players, but Harry Kane should not wear a Norwich shirt ever again.
