Neal Ardley at the Dons looking for a couple of players on loan after next week. Anyone we should consider offering to help him after what he did for us when he was here running the academy? It would have to be good for our players as well, but game time for one or two wouldn't hurt.
Earnshaw and Mcphail clearly are not in Malks plans. I dont think the Dons could afford their wages either. I think Kiss would be superb in that league. Ralls needs game time but we may need him if we pick up injuries. Velikonja it looks as though hes been written off. Declan John looks like the next player ready to step up so that we may a useful loan out. So id say Kiss and John. 2 players who may still have a future and are not likely to figure. The players on high wages really we should be trying to find them other clubs - or in Mcphails case if he wants to go into coaching to sign on the coaching staff if Malky thinks there is a place for him.
No doubt the players would have to agree as well. I can't see either Earnie nor McPhail wanting bottom tier football even if City subsidised their wages. Kiss would be a good shout, but unless we get another LB in the next week, I'd keep John at the club unless we had an instant recall agreement. From what I saw in the Macclesfield game, Velikonja might be too lightweight at the moment for that sort of standard - he's better off staying here and biding his time. Coulson is someone I like for the future and could benefit from games at League 2 level right now.
Nat Jarvis could do with game time and a shop window as I can't see him being retained at the end of the season. Also, Earnie could go if we part funded his wages. In the absence of any other interest that would be a win win for this season.

A couple youngsters going there would help, given he's been coaching them until the last couple months, so he knows them and they know him.
