Butt for Bayern used to take them all the time. I've also seen Zambia play a few times out here and their keeper scored against Uganda in a shoot out in November
Fear of a counter attack against no goalie if they cock it up? I've never understood why so many players are round the edge of the area for pens. If one of the defending team just went and stood on the touchline midway in the half it would be a perfect outlet to launch a quick counter from, and they wouldn't be that short for defending any rebounds.
