I believe we dictated the pace of the game last night ,we allowed them time on the ball at the back then pressed when they came into the final third, Michu had instructions to drop further back in the last 20 minutes just to break up their play .I x substitution last night showed how well we played ,we were the more decisive when pushing forward . If there can be any criticism on a wonderful night was we didn't put the ball in their net, just to say we beat them twice .

Above should refer to all ball boys, not just ours.

My take on it is this..... If Hazard hadn't had pushed the ball-boy in the back he wouldn't have fallen onto the ball in the first place. Hazard shouldn't be anywhere near the ball-boy, it was our ball.

As the flash court jury has condemned the ball-boy then Hazard, too, must be condemned for deliberately booting a ball-boy while he was on the ground. Hazard knew what he was doing when he kicked through the ball-boy to toe-poke the ball.

In an alternate universe Hazard didn't bundle the ball-boy to the ground and Tremel received the ball approx 5 seconds after the boy picked it up. Tremel then wasted as much time as he possibly could before he finally took the goal kick.

Chelsea have announced they are to discipline the Hazard, aka the Beast of Eden, also.

WE'RE ON OUR WAY TO WEMBLEY, Oh yes!!!!!

Most have got this dead right - the ball boy was a jerk and Hazard should have known better. That should be the end of it.

Like DPJ I suspect that the boy got his instruction to waste time from someone though Laudrup insists that it hasn't come from the Club so we have to accept that. It makes us look bad but does it really matter? Excuse the pun but trying to waste time in this way is a waste of time. The ref just adds time on, just as when a player wastes time. Hazard isn't a dirty player and was trying to get the ball but caught him with his shin. He was wrong to even approach the ball boy and paid the price.

The only poster well off the mark is Swimaway who's still pushing the line that this was a nasty assault on a vulnerable child. I'm not buying that and it's good to see others aren't either.

Disgusting behaviour from the ballboy. Teaching them to cheat and fake injury at a young age down there are'nt you?

kj, the only thing i am not happy with is the way the indefensable is being defended by some of the media and ex players. Cundy, Nevin, Surprise surprise, thought there wasnt anything in it. Nevin even said that hazard didnt actually kick him but just the ball.

But overall you are right move on and put this whole affair to bed.

we beat the last european champions over 2 legs, without concedeing. Wembley here we come.

Bucks i have to totally disagree as i was in the away end 6 rows up from the goals watching the mighty swans and he was holding the correct side
To be fair the abuse that some of your so called fans were throwing at him and the other ball boy along with the team physio was disgusting as they done exactly the same to the ball boy on the other corner of the stand who was no where near the age of the one that got kicked.

I agree - Pat Nevin was out of line to say there wasn't any contact. There clearly was. But both parties were wrong and I'm actually furious with this kid because he has been partly responsible for detracting from our wonderful result.

It'll blow over in a day or so.

chelsea lacked invention drive and intent, i think they honestly thought that they just had to turn up due to the fact that their last away games they have breezed through, and listening to some of their fans i was pissin myself some of the shi1t they were coming out with i should of recorded. i had a couple of digs off my mate as i started singing the swans songs and he thought i was going to get lynched :):):)

The boy plays football for the same club as my son ans seems a nice enough lad, so what if he is having a joke on twitter with his mates he is a normal boy. As for time wasting he got bundled to the ground and kicked ( possibly accidental but with no regard for the kid ). He should have just left the ball when hazard came running in but obviously wanted to do his job and give it to Tremmel. This is all silly but i cant see where all these claims of time wasting come from, that incident happened seconds after the ball went out and in the match i watched Swansea were the ones taking quick set pieces/throw ins etc and pushing for the goal. If it wasnt for all the drama i think there was more chance of Swansea scoring than Chelsea with their long range shots. Overall huge well done to the lads and a trip to Wembley as the favourites

6 minutes of extra time were added ,I would imagine that included the ball boy incident .I thought overall we were the better team, created the more clear cut chances and that incident had no bearing on the outcome of the game .I'm not condoning it for a minute and it does take the shine off what was a great result.

Allowing your ballboys to act in a most horrendous childish playground manner, and then screaming in his defence seems to show your club isn't a Prem at heart. Hell - Div 2 sides wouldn't allow this kind of thing.
My views on Swansea have changed dramatically for the worse after this.
No, I'm NOT a Chelsea fan - they deserve every negative they get (as do a few other favourites of the press, which my team couldn't be further from being)
Ive not seen one post from non-Swansea backing Swansea after this. On the contrary. That little sh*t has done untold damage to your image

PhilK "untold damage to your image" - you have got to be on wind up!!?

And all that you've done by posting that comical twitter pic from AFC - is underline the fact nobody is really taking the whole incident very seriously!!!

"No I'm not a Chelsea fan".

Then tell us who you ARE a fan of PhilK,and then we can assess your holier than thou attitude.

The "brat",and I fully concur with your assessment of him,is most definitely not going to be the image of Swansea City.

You may wish it so for your own personal reasons, but most others will see it for what it was,an unfortunate and regrettable incident.
