What was the Ball boy thinking holding on to the ball. He knows that his job is to get the ball back into play ASAP and he should not be a ball boy again, the red card was spot on though as you cant go and kick the lad whatever the circumstances and this could even be a police matter if the kids parents choose to pursue it....The lad never did his job properly but that is no excuse to kick him...

Interestingly though Dai, Glen Hoddle has just said that ball boy delaying tactics is a common theme in foreign leagues. Similar to when ball boys give the long throwing players a towel before a long throw but do not offer a towel to the opposing sides long ball throwers. Whatever the case Hazard should be banned for a considerable period for his thuggish behaviour. Can you imagine the outcry had it been a Swansea or any other club fan running onto the pitch and kicking Hazard in the ribs.

There is no excuse. Yes delaying tactics time wasting whatever you want to call it goes on in every club. Why do we need to rush things when winning. The ref would have added on more time anyway so there was no need for what Hazard did.

hazard is well in the **** for that stunt and sadly that will make the main headlines in the papers, Still he was not hurt so im told as he could have kicked him in the head which could have resulted in brain damage or worse... never mind we are there for the first time in our history.

Your take on it is spot on Dai. The ball boy is a stupid little twat but Hazard should know better. End of.

He's a spoiled little rich boy (Martin Morgans son) who posted on his Twitter account "King of the ball boys is back tonight. Needed for time wasting."

This does neither him nor us as a Club any favours at all. So yes, a twat.

As your so close to the club, with all your connections Dai, then you had better have a word with Martin Morgan, regarding his brat of a son! Thought you would have recognized Charlie Morgan, leave it with you Dai, let us know if Martin Morgan instructed his boy to time wast, as Laudrup doesn't think we do these things at the Liberty!.....................<cheers>

Bottom line , adult kicked child on live TV. It doesn't matter if he is a Morgan or Scoobydoo. Football will cover it up differently to if you or I ever kicked a 12 year old in front of the police.

Why? Media protects their paymasters regardless of morals.

Does that mean I am now allowed to kick kids because they slow me down in my daily life?

I suspect I would be in jail if I did that...but hey, its OK because he earns millions a year setting an example for our youth of tomorrow

Please note, the young ball boy covered us in no glory, but come on - he was a kid regardless

Bollocks. Stop over-reacting for ****'s sake.

Hazard is anything but a dirty player. The ball boy (he's 17) had a game plan - either because he was told or not - and that was time wasting. His tweet above says it all and is clear evidence of that. Read it again. So the kid is hardly an angel in all this is he? This reflects badly on us imo, and that's why the Club are distancing themselves from this and are saying the matter is closed.

BUT Hazard shouldn't have tried to kick the ball from under him. He did so but his shin caught the boy in the ribs. I agree this was wrong.

I'm well out of order? Don't think so. More like keeping a cool head when others are losing their ****ing minds over a stupid little incident that's detracting from a wonderful result.

Where did you get the 12 year old bit from? Think you'll find this little tit is 17 years old! Anyway I'm not condoning anything unlawful, but all Hazard was doing was trying to toe poke the ball from underneath the spoilt brats fat arse! I hear he's been made to apologise to Hazard after the game, hope Jenkins makes sure this little **** is no where near the pitch in future!...................<ok>

Rightly or wrongly ( and yes we all know it was wrong ) but the kid was doing something we've all seen at games ,be it the players, ball boys who ever ,it's called time wasting and I suppose tonights episode was the most extreme example you're likely to see at a game ,don't get too hung upon it and let it detract the attention away from a great night.I didn't see the relevance in who's son it was perhaps I'm missing something.?

The relevance of it being Morgan's son is that it puts into perspective his arrogant comments on Twitter before the game about wasting time. His wings need to be clipped.

    A case of two wrongs.

Campioni: that's out of context and you know it. But I've never said what Hazard did was "O.K". Boy wrong, player wrong. Hazard was kicking the ball from under him but caught him. If you can't see that you're blind.

Bonymaen as his father is a director of this club, it's very relevant, we don't want to be seen doing these cheap tricks, whether the little **** was instructed by his old man or not, the fact is it raises questions on our standard of sportsmanship! If he was my kid, I would have kicked his sorry arse all the way home!...........<ok>

Well said. His actions reflect badly on our Club at a time when we've been getting plaudits from all and sundry. Stupid knob.
