No I'm not though <laugh> I'm using it as an example of fans applauding one act of scummery and gawping at something small. The two situations ARE entirely different, but you still cannot condone one and not the other.

also there is 5 years difference between both people involved. he's 17, therefore not a schoolboy.

    ****ing hilarious incident <laugh>

At the end of the day though, Hazard is a professional and he just can't afford to react. If it had been another player he'd kicked for not giving the ball back, he would have been sent off too. But kicking a ball boy though -what a ****ing twat. <laugh>

Ball Boy is a idiot too.

If we're going to be pedantic then chances are that he goes to school thus is a schoolboy, though it's not really the point.

pushed to the ground then booted in the ribs.. of course its perfectly acceptable /sarcasm

Hazard should be banned, and not short term. Long term. Unacceptable to kick a ball boy. Disgrace to the game, to his club, to his fans, to himself, everything. IN that one moment he showed all that is wrong with football

<laugh> the park is different to a game of actual importance. Like I said, people are making too big a meal of this, the age gap isn't that significant for a start.

Cos the provocations weren't the same.

One bloke screams racist abuse at someone.
One bloke refuses to give a ball back.

One of them a great deal more offensive and more likely to provoke a response than the other.

Doesn't matter what the lad did, he's a kid and you can't do that to a kid. Hazard has had a shocker there!

Well this was a turnout for the books! Well done on kicking one of our directors sons!! The boy is a spoilt brat, and we are all laughing our socks off at this, I feel sorry for hazard, but Charlie Morgan, is the son of Martin Morgan, who is one of the directors of Swansea City football club! Next time kick the brat harder.........<laugh>

A professional football player simply cannot act in that manner to anybody, on the pitch or off it. The ball boy was being a twat, but he should have left the ref to deal with it. He is going to get the ****ing book thrown at him for this <ok>

Disgraceful behaviour kicking a young lad. It seems Chelsea have signed yet another classless turd, to join the likes of Terry and Cole

At 17 my son had enough sense not to do anything like that in the first place in case he got his head kicked in. I taught him well, and he knows that all actions have consequences. Plus if he had of been that stupid I would have told him it was his own fault.

Drogs, the example given was a good one and given your reaction I guess you have no kids? If a man kicked your child in those circumstances how would you feel? It makes no difference if its in the park or a 'proper' game.

    He didn't know that though.

As the **** Cantona kicked was a known thug and bnp member then that is also ok after the fact then.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not outraged by what he did but he definitely deserved to be sent off. You just don't go kicking ball boys for the sake of five seconds, even if they are seventeen.

jesus christ, are you lot really this thick? I'm not comparing the SITUATIONS, I'm comparing the stupid reactions to both, if you condone a professional kicking a fan in the face you cannot slate a professional for accidently kicking a ball boy in the ribs

<laugh> another word for PC brigade!
