Generally I would agree with a few exceptions. I do live in Paraguay so I know a thing or two about Paraguayan football. They produce some fine players but few of them would be suitable for the British game, especially not the ones we picked. The national team is in transition, they probably won't qualify for the next world cup. However, they have looked one of the best sides in the current South American sub-20 championships. Of the senior team, I think Victor Caceres and Richard Ortiz could adapt well to the Premier League given a chance. They also have two very good youngsters coming through - Derlis Gonzalez at Benfica and Maurito Caballero at Club Libertad. Both look to have the world at their feet.
