    Yes please!

Bursaspor have been linked with out of favor QPR defender Anton Ferdinand.

The Green Crocodiles have been working closely with football agent companies operating in the Premier League recently.

Bursaspor signed Scott Carson from West Bromwich, sold Alfred N'Diaye to Sunderland and have just completed the signing of Maurice Edu from Stoke City within the space of a season.

Ferdinand has struggled for playing time recently and is yet to make a Premier League appearance this year.

This would be Harry's best wheeling and dealing ever.

A good move for Anton and QPR. He really isn't that bad, really.

I see what you're doing there (learn't from the Mackems?). You're right, he's actually a classy player, with a bit of coaching he could be as good as his brother??

Though 'Arry just said Ferdie was going nowhere. Needs him as cover for Nelsen...

Oh so true .............. Arry is proving to be the Master Magician at everything QPR.
Next he'll be pulling rabbits out of his hat.

In my opinion he is unfairly vilified on this board. A bit like Swp who has taken all sorts of stick and is no proving that he has ability and contribute to the team. I love this board but there is sometimes a pack mentality and it is very easy to knock rather than be constructive.

I think both on here and at games we've been very patient with both of them. As a group of fans, we are easily pleased. We really just want some guts and effort. On the rare occasions Ferdinand has put in a performance, he's been very well received. Likewise for Phillips- basically ran in a straight line towards the box and then fell over against Spurs but he tried and it was appreciated.

Ferdinand, however, has proven himself to be particularly incompetent. West Brom away in the league springs to mind but whenever he's on the pitch there is chaos at the back. The Terry affair has undoubtedly bought him some time with the fans but his departure is overdue. Probably one of the luckiest players in the Premier League era and should never have been more than a good Championship centre-half. The Ferdinand name has been very useful for him.

I don't rate him much either, never have, but I think he does his best, and it would be strange to let him go right now with Nelsen apparently leaving March, and no replacements as yet.

Not as yet, no, but he's really our fifth best centre-half and on a ludicrous wage for sure. If we can find someone to take him now it may be our only chance. Championship forwards would relish playing him and there are comfortably a dozen Championship defenders who would be better and cheaper back-up.

5 CB's? Am I forgetting someone? After Nelsen is gone we'll have Clint, Haim and Ferdinand only of players who been around the squad. Think Harry will use Nedum at RB mainly, and M'bia in midfield think, and hope!

Most of us are probably guilty of venting our frustration about a particular player or another, I, myself have been extremely guilty................... BUT, when you consider the ridiculous amount of money that these players are on, they are expected to produce the goods on a regular basis.

This is not a pastime fling for them, this is their job.
Some may grow to value / love, the club but many won't cause they'll be off to the next club at any given time / and or do not have the passion like players of old.
    Why.......... because money talks.

Take a player like SWP. I backed him for the first 12 months, then gave up, why............ the guy couldn't put the ball in the net, yet, he is supposed to be a goalscorer or at the very least, an attacking player.

As a fan, you knew that the ball would go anywhere but between the posts. Lucky he wasn't being paid on results!

I DO however, value his efforts in trying as a whole for the team but that does not get us the 3 points.

Then you get a player like Bosingwa, with such an attitude................... is it any wonder we fans, you people who pay your hard earned dollars to go to the game .............. get feed up.
That is why we have 'forums'............. to comment about all our team details and to vent our frustration when and where required.

In regards to the pack mentality, we fans know our team probably better than the players because we have supported them most of our lives.
We can spot a 'dud' from a mile away .............. so when we see something over and over about a player, we praise him when he's good and we eventually go cold on them when they have proved their non-worth to us over a period of time.
    That's my two-bobs worth.

Trouble with Anton is he's okay but there's no urgency about him - physically or mentally. Just won't do.

Just this. He's OK. Nothing more. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, OK is better than nothing. So I can't see him going unless Arry can get replacements that are better.

If he thinks racism is rife in England he's gonna love Turkey, great choice for him.
