Why? Because people had the affront to not like a foreign incursion in their land so they deserve to be blown to pieces by a cowardly practically invincible flying tank

The guys just doing his job, what he's over there for. Deserves a medal, doing something a lot of the guys on the street wouldn't sign up for.

 

What is he over there for? Not even getting in the nitty gritty rights and wrongs of the conflict itself but his presence in an invincible killing machine is merely just to provide the royalty with some fom of relevance or throwback to the days of nobility to prevent an angry population waking up to a flawed system of privelege by birth.

Would he be flying in operations if the Ruskies go involved, hell no them boys can acctually take down Apaches. Better send up a more dispensible flying crew

It's a disgrace!!!! I expect the sales of plant fertilzer and other home made bomb ingredients will be on the rise now. I mean in all seriousness just keep your trap shut about such matters.

1. The majority of Britains want a royal family;

2. if we are going to have one, they have to do something;

3. The army is one of the few jobs that a member of the royalty can do - - can't exactly get a jobin the local chippy;

4. If they are going to be in the army, they might as well serve;

5. If you serve in a combat zone, you wil kill;

6. Serving is a combat zone isn't a doddle, even if you are posted with a view to probably surviving your tour of duty.

 

I thought of mentioning that, but didn't want to give VHR a chance to say that the Taliban don't have exocets (though I think they do get their hands on a stinger now and then)

Its the same as invading Iraq because you know Saddam had WMDs, aye because you ****ing sold them to him like.

The point you seemed to be trying to make was that flying an Apache in a warzone was a risk free operation. if you do accept that the Taliban have stingers, that seems a flawed position.

If your point is that many of the people the west armed to fight against the Russians are the same people that they are now fighting against, well of course that's true. It would seem to have bugger all to do with Prince Harry, though.
