Sunderland Favourates for Klose

Well, according too the ever reliable daily mail we are favourates to sign Klose on a free transfer as his contract expires i the summer. Its also in the Durham Times.

I for one, if it is true would be delighted with the deal however you cant help but think its his agent talking him up a move to the prem, i mean if we are linked, it will mean Spurs will bid.

If it was true, he would raise the clubs profile in Europe and would surely make us a more attractive club to go too.

I will optimistically keep my fingers crossed incase it is true and hopefully we can see him rising above therest too plant a header in the top corner.

I think he would fit into the Prem straight away because he is used to scoring against English defences, no doubt he will have offers from his homeland so it remains to be seen if he fancies a crack at the Premiership. I would be all for him signing though and good to know we are looking at players of such quality.

 

Klose would be boss coming off the bench at 60-70mins with opposition defenses tired after Gyan has run them ragged. 120k, though is beyond the club at this stage.

Perhapps he'll come anyway, maybe he has a crush on Bruce's daughter.

Klose...hmmm would be a great signing, and for free too, but the wages would be too much, he'd have to take a considerably pay cut if he wanted to join SAFC.

Personally, I'd go for his BM teammate Gomez. Great player, and young too, slots them home from outside the box and is big and strong, wins lots of headers, would love to see him at SAFC. Although, TBF, I'd love to see any of Munich's great players, I'd even take Robben with his injury woes.

 

the rumours about klose are true. we have held 3 rounds of preliminary talks with his representatives. apparently hes on 120k a week at present but would take 90k. with a free transfer and a proposed 2 year deal that would equate to a cheap signing on normal wages. so not a bad deal that you all think. look at the bigger picture
