Just wondering how some of our regulars are doing health wise. Any word would be appreciated. The people concerned are Mabon and Ash that I'm concerned about. I'm also concerned about FFS mental health but that's another issue. So, Ash and Mabs if you're looking in how's things ? Hope you're both ok and feeling better, does anyone know any news about either ?

Hey Dill. Firsty, thanks for the concern, it means a lot. I have been popping in and reading, but havn't posted much in the last few weeks. I recieved some great news last week that I am not suffering from mods, although one of my Kidneys isn't working as well as the other, so this "may" have to come out in the future. The Liver is on the mend. The medication is working, and although I feel quite low at times because of it, I'm in great shape. My GP insisted I gym'd 4 times a week, and obviousley stayed off the booze, which I have now for 6 weeks counting. I had a weigh in at the doctors this morning, and I have gained a stone.......in muscle (Ooosh). Now sitting at 6 foot 1, 14 stone, 12.6% body fat, and managing 200 press ups and sits up per night. So, whilst I have had issues, the doctors have been great and tbh, it's a stange thing to say, but I'm glad I'v had these problems.
That's brilliant news mate and I'm really pleased to hear that you're on the mend. Just post every know and then though you sod so that we all know you're ok
I'll be back for good shortly byt. It's been a hectic month or two, and it's starting to calm down now.
Thanks mate. P.s. It's do able byt. I could do about 75 "easyish", before the gym, but now it feels like nothing. May have to start buying some new polo and T shirts though.....They now look like a tank top lol.

He's escaping from the Coed on a regular basis now His latest stunt at the Liberty is to shout abuse at me when I'm walking up the steps to take my seat because the bugger knows where I sit now. Mind you, his Gower shirt looks really good on him
