Are McLaren going to become the new Williams?

Anyway Paddy should become TD, rumours going about that Brawn and Fry arn't too happy with certain developments in the team, expect them to go next I reckon.

Mercedes are pushing far harder than I ever expected!

I was a fan of the Silverarrows before Seb became WDC and way before Lewis got onboard so really I'm left in a pickle now <laugh>

I am a Kimi fanboy for next year, with a hint of Hulk and maybe Sutil thrown in.

Maybe I am being a bit daft, but Lowe is not exactly Newey - I dont really get all the hype?

Lowe has been pretty good with McLaren over the past 3 years, Bob Bell of the 05-06 WDC's with Renault to work with as well, Aldo Costa, Geoff Willis, some real firepower if it's true!

All you would need now is Horner/Newey/Seb and the Silverarrows will kill the field.

It would become the biggest flop in known F1 history?

You hired the best designers, the best engines on the grid, the best drivers, the best managers, added another 50 million etc....

If Mercedes fail, it will be bigger than Toyota, Honda and Jaguar combined!

Somehow I don't think a failure like that is earthly possible, but you are right about what it compares to.

Mercedes seem to be really going for it. No title by 2015 and there'll be hell to pay.

I smell the 50's coming back, they were tapping up Seb/Newey/Horner before this all happend. If Ferrari don't pick themselves up they will lose Seb to Mercedes I reckon and Heppenheim is only 1hr 30 mins away from Stuttgart so it's an ideal location to train in the simulator rather than Brackley.

**Hopefully Eric Boullier is next and replaces Brawn. There also was talk of Brawn going back to Ferrari...

How can Bell, Willis, Costa, Lowe and Brawn all work for one team- it's crazy. I would be amazed if Lowe went there given that I just can't see how all of these similarly intelligent design geniuses can work together.

Perhaps two of them will be working on 2014, whilst the others concentrate on this year?
