Patriots win easy, very difficult to predict the other game but my guess is the 49ers will win.

Going with Patriots vs 49ers. As I'm on a dead 50% prediction level during the playoffs I'm bound to get one wrong.

Being a Pats fan, obviously want us to reach the Super Bowl.. but the Ravens play us tough every time, I'd be very surprised if there's more than once score in it at the end, wouldn't be surprised to see it go OT..
Of the two teams we could face, I'd rather face the Falcons, the 49ers will be a tough nut to crack.
If the Falcons can stop the Run and Option that 49ers will play with Gore and Kaepernick then they may come out on top, but if they can establish the run, then I don't see Falcons stopping the 49ers..

Ravens for me from AFC. Their on a mission for ray Lewis. And of course niners from NFC. I can't see falcons ol holding the San Fran d for the whole game. Kaepernick has been a revelation. Gore is still doing the biz and Crabtree is on a streak. And of course wily randy moss is there to.

0-17 for the Falcons. We can start waving goodbye to Kaepernic and co.
I thought the game was going to be very tight but with 49ers coming out on top, Ryan in the Super Bowl, those Atlanta fans would have never foreseen that in August!

Lest we forget they did the same to the Seahawks. All is not lost yet.

I was roundly laughedt back in November for suggesting the Falcons might win it all this year! I managed to catch some of the earlier
playoffs in Brazil trying to explain the game rules to my friends and family over there

49ers win, they almost cocked up in the end but the defense stood up and took the Falcons down!

    Egg, meet face! <laugh>

That game spoke volumes about Kaepernick IMO, more than the Green Bay game. The Falcons devoted their d-line and linebackers to stopping Kaepernick and the option read. From 17-0 down Kaepernick with the help of the running backs played a more of a traditional QB to match the Niners up and down field for the final three quarters to win the game. That's something you expect out of the elite and experienced quarterbacks, not a guy who has started half a season in the NFL.

watching Ravnes v Pats atm, surprised that the turnover at start of 4th was allowed, surely that was a blatant case of leading with the helmet. looks like 49ers v Ravens atm.

They do seem to have that destiny thing working for them. They've been poor on the road all season but they beat Denver and New England on the road in the play offs.

Gutted.. Didn't see us (Pats) being that bad in the 2nd half! Fair play to the Ravens, they made adjustments on both sides of the ball and won the game fair and square..
Too many dropped catches in the 2nd half and Bolden didn't have Talib on him in the second half... excuses I guess.... best team on the day won!
Right now, too depressed to think about watching the Har-Bore-Bowl (I guess a bit bitter too..) but come Feb 3rd, I think I'll be staying up to watch, even though they beat us, I think I'll be pulling for the Ravens and Ray Lewis to end his career on a high?

Well got my championship game predictions right, expected ravens and pats to be closer. Although I still say ravens are on a mission for Lewis it's still niners for me. There D and after lasts nite s show with an all round offence will be too much.
