Really sad to see him go, but I suppose it was inevitable. The very definition of a 'true pro', and after sticking with us through the Roeder years, the club owe him everything. If by letting him go he secures first team football elsewhere, then that's the least he deserves. Would love to see him back in a coaching capacity at Colney in a few years time, because if anyone can instil loyalty into young players it's him.
Lapin was so much better than that other Player we signed at the same time. What was his name? Fother... Nah, can't even bring myself to type it! It's funny looking back, Lapin signing for us was almost a side note to the real quality signing that promisd the 'Fozzy Flick'....

Yes I thought that as well, nor is he ill. I don't want to be fussy either but his squad number was changed in the summer from 19 to 26!
