Agreed mate, thought they were doing fine in the league and, a 2-2 draw at Chelsea was a very good result. Could well backfire on them this.

Adkins succeeded at Scunthorpe and Soton, the less than useless board are obviously a bad judge of footballing management ability.
The decision to sack Adkins was taken on the 22nd December, it's all your fault. We are learning to get over it, gutted yes, but as Nigel always said "That's football", glad to see a team in red and white stripes improving, good luck for the rest of the Season.

If Ashley had any sense he's be getting rid of Pardew and getting in Adkins around now. So at least we know he won't be going to Noocarsle. Villa, Southampton and QPR for the drop now I reckon. I won't shed any tears over any of them.
