We need a manager who will come in and end the horrible habit of playing **** players such as Jonas, Shola, etc just because they are 'nice guys'.

The manager has to have freedom to bring in the needed players. If Ashley wants a new manager within his parameters, you will get nothing but ****ing bottom feeding managers who will happily take it up the arse off him.

didn't one of your mods create a similar thread last month and was insulted left right and centre.for saying Pardew should be sacked.

Anyhow at least you now see Pardew for the clown he is.

Sad to say out. He's a mouthpiece for Ashley and Llambias. Did well last season and failed to capitalize on it and rightly so, his position is now being questioned because of a string of dreadful performances, results and tactical decisions. If we were playing well I would almost excuse the results and put it down to a lack of luck but the way we are playing I can't even say we deserved anything out of today (or any of our recent losses).

I can't see it doing any good at this moment, it'd just upset things further and what would happen in terms of transfers then?
Having said that, this can't go on. If he was to lose the next 10 he'd certainly be gone. The next 5, almost certainly gone. The next 3, perhaps? I just can't grasp how things can be so different this season when it's been largely the same players and manager as last season, but I suppose that's NUFC for you, unpredictable. I might stick a tenner on newcastle to get relegated, that should be enough to ensure survival.

Why? We'll be in the Championship again. Change now and hope to god whoever we hire can galvanize the players and win a few points. I would happily take Nigel Adkins. Had Southampton playing great football and his players seemed to love playing for him and gave their all.

Can't see the point to be honest. Fat boy is not gonna pay the wages for a top manager and so nobody with proven calibre would come. In fact he would probably just save a few quid and let stone and carver try to keep us up.

Yes, but your vote will be taken off.
The public poll element allows us to see which clowns try to take the piss (your comment above backs this up).
Shouldn't you be on your board celebrating a good win for your lot?
I'd give you some rep if I wasn't all out.

The only reason I would allow Pardew a reprieve is if Ashley came out and declared '30 million will be spent' or something like that. Then again, even if he did say that, he wouldn't adhere to it. Also, that would not change the **** managerial skills of Pards.

I would be very, very surprised if he's not gone by Monday

Discount mine by all means but I said out. Last time I said in because I felt he could turn it around.

I don't think he can turn it around for you any longer. Cabaye back is great news and he may be the spark needed to get you back on track but I think you'd be better served looking for a new manager.

There's a lad on our board who's been touting MON to go and for us to get in 'Gladiola'. A bloke I know nothing about who did well in Spain apparently. Maybe you should look at him.
