    As per the title....

A new poll to assess feeling as it seems to be shifting.

Do we still back him? Do we want him to lead us moving forward?

Personally for me, I want him IN.... But I think Ashley will sack him (hope I am wrong).

Sorry, but today's match was woeful ( again ). Substitutions again a disgrace, does the man know what he's doing, I think not.

We have ten days now, get rid of him, who we are going to get I don't know and then reinforce with about four new players. The only saving ****ing grace is that Ashley saw this abomination. He has to go, you can't defend losing to Reading at home. Cowards mentality of every man jack of them and **** wretched manager with no balls.

    We are going down. Simples.

This time I don't have the energy anymore. I am ****ing sick of the excuses and **** that comes out of pardew's mouth.

Its been coming since day one of the season.

    ****ing discraceful.

If it where not because the fat man and Pards are ****ing pals he would have been sacked weeks ago.

Im embarressed to be associated with the club atm and even though I will keep watching and keep wearing the shirt I am NOT behind the regime.

    **** IT!

We need to keep him but invest.
If we had 4 new players today things would have been different.

Can't stand any more of his clueless substitutions. He's got to go or we're down without a doubt.

I voted out, not too pleased to feel the need to do so but he worries me.

No we don't, Mr Pardew has ****ing lost it. The subs told it all. He encouraged a second from bottom team to come out and attack and with us offering no ****ing threat whatsoever. He has to go - 10 defeats in 13 games is beyond terrible. McDermot doesn't have the best team but he makes do with what he has and they come up here and dealt with us. They didn't have to try and that's what grinds my gears so much!

Ashley will not sack him, Pards, Lambias and Ashley are good friends. I hope he does get sacked and would like any of Roberto Martinez, Hitzfeld or Laurent Blanc in.

I've defended him so far, but have run out of good reasons to. Clueless and has to go.

Never been one to get on the bandwagon of wanting managers out, but this situation is unacceptable.

Out I'm afraid. I have defended him all season but today's game is the last straw! He's lost the dressing room that much is plain but he's also lost the fans. Managers have to be given time but enough is enough. That second half was one of the biggest disgraces I've ever seen inside st James's!!!
