s'ok.... reads like an internet post frankly.

the central message is if you are that wound up and hating cos a guy won't conform to some image of bobby moore in an england blaizer in 66 then this sport is not for you. surez is pure gold for the hacks and they will never go too far cos he's a golden cow to be milked... others like say the pfa tosser and jason roberts and such have their own evil agendas and would piss all over the entire sport to gain advantage personally...

i think suarez ought to do more cheating and laugh in their collective faces personally.

those who laud paulo di canio for catching a ball should go look at his nazi salutes and assualt on players... then look at the dirt and sleeze in the england cmap for so many years... then finally go look at yourselves as every since club has people diving over every single week.. the great sainted moyes' lot across the park included. SHOCK its didn't start when suarez arrived! WOW.

Rooney against Turkey I remember, thought he was going to the top, No1 player in the world. Backside like Kenny perfect for shielding the ball, power pace and menace.
United now have him neutered and performing a functionary role. He should have left when he said he was tbh, he'll regret not giving Spain a shot surely. He'll get goals but RvP's arrival has been a clear signal that he's not the main player at United any more, even RvP took over the Score a late winner v city role<laugh>

That aside & this isn't a you're now a **** team post but would you not like to see the flamboyant Rooney back? Yes he got into trouble & mouthed too often at the Refs but he seemed to enjoy what he did. I'm not sure he does anymore. Believe me I'd love it if the bit that made him world class stays missing! But he looks almost neutered.

And you didn't answer my question was I excluded from a party or a public toilet rendezvous???

MITO: JOY! jOY! It may have been a little melodramatic but its asking you to enjoy football not have it the cause if your ulcer! :D

I think Fergie will sell Rooney in the summer if we get a player like Lewandowksi. Rooney's a far more effective player now than he was when Fergie signed him. That's because Fergie knows how to get the best out of players but he's still too much trouble.

I don't really care for the lad in much the same way I don't care for the vast majority of footballers. Hired guns most of them. There's no way he's one of Fergie's boys like Scholes or Giggs so I suspect that the second he's dispensable he'll be toast!

Love the club not the player which is why I don't understand middle aged men compromising themselves to defend a player like Suarez.

Fair enough; by middle aged men do you mean the fans or his manager? I'm assuming with Fergies past actions with his own players you mean fans?

I didn't mean hero worship I meant watching the footballers on your team.

Effective is great and all but that was my question. Do you enjoy watching "effective" Rooney? I mean that's the point of football after all, you could never see a game & get excited about stats & league tables because your selected team was the most effective. Stoke are effective in their own way, but that wasn't what attracted Fergie to Rooney in the first place & that's not why you all liked him originally.

I understand why he's not rated as loyal after that blackmail incident over pay but that's a different issue.

And what's worse looking at what I would call red tinted media/bloggers on twitter tonight, they can't wait to "fall for it". I'm sure its lovely having a "reason" to whinge about The dark lord again but by "falling for it" we just put on those tinfoil hats they want us to wear...

    Edit: bugger; wrong thread.....

With a few vocal exceptions we don't really defend what Suarez does. Most of us dislike his diving and are dismayed by his seemingly endless ability to draw negative attention to himself.
I don't want to kick-start the whole tiresome debate again, but all we do is object to him being singled out as the worst, if not only, offender all the time by people who would instantly leap to the defence of their own.
We too put our club above any individual, but right now, Suarez is doing far more good than bad for that club on the pitch.

Not me although not sure why you'd call Ronaldo a homosexual. Is it supposed to be an insult?

Considering Rooney has never bashed a granny and that Ronaldo is not a homo then he probably would, yeah.

The suggestions on here seems to be that Rooney should go back to being a proper **** on the field. Like Suarez is.

I can see your point too, give you all something to be up in arms about for months on end! <ok>
