Saints have signed Vegard Forren. He has been presented today at the new manager press conference. I'm still in shock about Adkins but thought people might want to know.
Unbelievable......I thought our madcap era was long gone, would seem another one is looming. Signing a player (if true), sacking a manager, appointing a manager......in ONE day.
Would I be correct in saying that in playing Chelsea, Nigel had now managed a team in the league against every current Premiership club? If he'd gone before that game, that would not have been the case.
I think it's clear now that Nigel knew he was going at the Chelsea game. Some of his comments make that clear.
Slightly? This is the worst I've felt as a saints fan since I thought we were about to go under. Yesterday I was excited about Forren everything was soo positive at the club and he was another step in the right direction. Glad to see him here but can't muster any excitment. I dont even really want to think about football at all.
Now am I having my plonker pulled or did we really get someone in today? One other question....is this new manager bringing in his own coaches?
