A miss for us I think. Just the sort of player you need against a physical side.

He couldn't have waited until after Stoke!
He's been blighted by injury throughout his career, maybe when Canas joins he will replace him in the squad rather than alongside?

Quite frankly I've not been impressed with him the last few games he has played. As a deep ball winning midfield player, not so much.

He's been OK apart from the last game - but who would you pick out as a Swans player that had a good game in that one? <laugh>

They'd best keep him on a salad diet while he's out

We lost 1-0 to a high flying Arsenal team. Vorm, Chico, Bartley, Jazz all had good games. Tiendalli wasn't bad. Ki wasn't bad. JDG always decent for who / what he is. Agustien is supposed to provide some ball winning prowess in the park - and he was noticeable by his "absence" against Everton and Arsenal and on the second goal in the original game with Arsenal he stopped running with his man - just stopped, then looked and around and realized that the other player wasn't as ****ing lazy, but too late the ball was in the net.

Ki and JdG have also been guilty of that, Yankee, which is why I've been sounding off about our midfield. I can accept a player not having the talent or ability of others but I can never accept players being lazy or not getting in tackles when it's their job to do so.

I agree that our back line was decent - but the rest of the team, including the midfield of which Agustien was a part was varying degrees of **** so he wasn't alone.
