It seems as though any Newcastle player is up for sale or wanting away.. the lads on the boards are worried. However looking at some of their posts they live in the world of make believe. There are people saying that milan would have to pay 30 million for santon and krul. I woulnt pay for santon even if it cost me asda's own peanuts not my favoured KP's. I would also say this season Mignolet although still prone to mistakes has been one of the better keepers in the prem arguably better than Krul, does this mean that he is worth 20 million also. I dont think he is!! we would be lucky to get 10 million for him, but keepers always go for less than most outfield players. what are peoples thoughts??
£30 million for Krul and Santon is crazy, i'd say 6m santon, 12m Krul. Personally I think Mig is worth around the same if not more than Krul.
Mike Ashley is a businessman. He called it right to stick to his guns and not paying Loic Remy stupid money. He will also learn from previous mistakes and protect his investment - that means buying a couple, not selling. Like you lot, he despises us Toon fans, but he isn't a multi-billionaire for nothing. We will get a couple in, get a couple back in the team and simply push you lot out the way - like massive Bolton did. Enjoy your moment.
My other half gets peanuts from Tesco. They're ****e as well. OH. And Krul looks a great keeper to me. Bit like Mig. Young (don't know how old)bags of potential and will go on to bigger things.(Krul sounds like sooner rather than later if true that they want Butland) . We are talking in terms of 15m for Mig. so hey you never know. Santon, when the Mags have been on TV can't say he's stood out too much tbh. Put him on a par with Bardo then. EEr, Maybe a family bag of the old KP's.
