Don't think many of our current first team squad (bar new signings) will be anywere near the first team and most of them won't be at Sunderland IMO.

MoN is losing patience with quite a few of the first team squad IMO, he has already spoke about the 2signings so far have been replacements for outgoing players and we need to make the squad bigger and I think the summer there will be a good few in and out

MoN's reign at us is similar to his first year at Villa I think when there was nothing out of the ordinary about it but once he got his own players in and all the rubbish out then things started to look upwards and 5th place finishes and cup finals happened, hopefully that happens with us.

Tonight's display was total ****e. Alot of our fans mock JOS but our defense is
Lost without him. MON needs to move on a few players between now and next season.

    Kilgallon
    Bramble
    Vaughan
    Bardsley
    Campbell
    Saha
    Brown
    Elmo

    All need to go IMO

You're right, he won't. But then no-one else can in all reality. not with the top 6 teams ahead of us (ManU, ManC, Chel, Spuds, Arse, Everton..even 'Pool)

Top 8 he could, and that's as good as we'll get....plus a cup, god willing.

and all the players mentioned will be gone. How were Bardsley and Vaughan last night? I've given up on the rest.

Bardsley and Killa were apparently horrendous

both need to go, been good servants to the club especially Bardsley but he just isn't good enough anymore

    GK:
Mig & Westwood (Both very good keepers IMO)

    Defence:
O'Shea, Mangane (if he succeeds), Rose (hopefully)

Bardo IF he can regain the form he had last season - He is also not bad back up if we can sign top quality for that position

    Midfield

Cattermole, Colback (Squad), Johnson, McClean, Gardner, Sessegnon, N'Diaye, Larsson

    Forwards:

    Wickham, Fletcher

Shows a thin squad - plenty of midfielders but mainly for a squad rather than first team players (Sessegnon, Johnson, Cattermole would be first teamers but otherwise they are squad players)

<y belief in Bardsley has always been there - I know he is a good player - last night was his first 90 minutes for ages - no match fitness but he made it through.

Delighted to see Cattermole back in the squad yesterday and he made a big difference as well - also would probably have scored if not for McClean! that cross was landing right on his head - I heard him shout and so did McClean - not sure about Jimmy as he doesn't seem to look up to anyone - his captain is talking to him and he is completely ignoring him!

Bardsley is **** and on 32k a week!

for a squad player he needs to go, Gardner can do the job of being our back up right back and back CM

we need a new RB in with quality asap!

the lad is brain dead, if he had even half a brain and thought about how he could alter his game and improve he could be a very good player

It's an opinion poolie - not a fact - he was poor last night but he wasn't our worst player.

For the record I think Bardsley is a good right back - you mentioned Hutton in the past - yet you say he's better than Bardsley (you said the same about Simpson at Newcastle)!

If Bardsley regains last seasons form then keep him - if his injury has cost him and he can no longer sustain it, then he is only a back up player

Bardsley is all effort and no quality.

Effort can only take you so far.
