When I first started going I used to take a white ensign with 'Queens Park Rangers' across the middle and 'Northolt' along the bottom, but after a coule of years I got fed up of carting it about. I think the fella you mean was a postman who used to travel everywhere.
I went to the cup replay at Burnley a few years back on a dreadful rainy winters night. The total crowd was about 2500 and there was a couple of hundred or so rangers if I recall correctly, maybe less. Truly awful trip
