Targett looks very good in the tackle and positionaly but looks to have a tendancy to give the ball away cheaply with his clearances. Isgrove is looking very impressive. Great defensive performance from the wide man so far
Yeh all respect to the other sides we've played but I dont think they've faced a side as good as this before. Done well defensively though. A disciplined performance so far. The Liverpool left back looks quality, Smith? Has Sinclair done for pace and always bombing forward. Expect to see big things from him in the future
Decided I'd watch and have been since about the 20th minute, our midfield hasn't got a foot on the ball through the middle, completely dominated. Few good tackles from our defence but overall seems a little bit of a mess at times. Haven't seen much of Targett with the ball outside of his our own half, mostly just played long balls down the line. Isgrove looks the brightest of the bunch going forward but nothing particularly frightening. Barney for the first team ASAP!
