Agree, but we really need a win soon, as not sure where the next one will come from. We play well frequently but we really need a reward for this; a point away is good but with some tough home games a win would give us some breathing space.

This is a game Villa will feel they must win. A lot will depend on who scores first; if it's us, I can see them folding while we grow in confidence. If it's them, we'll have to be patient like we were at Fulham, and hope to come away with at least a point.

I think we will get a result today have a good feeling and the day has started well which is always a good sign.

Although we have a few players out I think the rest are more than capable to fill the void.

Hoping Jos and Yoshida do well at the back and looking forward to a clean sheet and a few banged in the other end.

Good team Villa but 3 points would be great today.

One of the best 45 minute performances at SMS all season. Thank the lord he came off injured at HT.

Had the choice between Lambert and Benteke to both score at 7/1, and Lambert and Weimann at 8/1. Decided to put my £10 on the latter.

10 of the 11 are as expected. For me, it was always just a case of Guly or Jay.

Oh, and should things turn against us during the match, then that bench wont be saving us. The XI already out there would have to turn it around themselves.

I'm going to assume it's 4-4-2, with Gaston out wide. But I wouldn't be shocked if it's 4-2-3-1, with Jay out wide.

No game changers on that bench, hopefully we only need Davis to hold on to something instead.

First XI is good, bench not so good, except Steven Davis.

Don't want to keep on about the bench, but that is the weakest one we've had this season.
