Morning all, hope we are all fit n well going into the sporting weekend...<ok>

Not the most inspiring of days on the cards where all i can see are the majority of the favs going in today - though we know that never happens... So it looks like a No Bet Flag Waving day in the stiff breeze at Not606 towers today, along with a few others i see...

The AP/Henderson treble of My Tent Or Yours 4/7, Malt Master eve and Glorious Twelth 8/11 pays around the £5 to the £1 bet, and i actually think all three win come in... You take your chances and all that...

Elsewhere at Sedgefield i like the look of Hobbs Dream, 3/1 in the 1.40 and Schinken Otto, 5/2 in the 3.10... So if i do have a play it will be on these two...

Good luck if you do play, and have an enjoyable day if you dont...<cheers>

    Hi All

    1.00 Lingfield Baby Dottie 10/1

I think this horse is a very generous price. Has won off 69 in the past and taking into account the jockeys 7 pound claim now races off a career low mark of 50. Has been places the last couple of runs of marks in the mid to high 50's. I think its time might be today. Definitely worth an e/w punt at 10/1 top 3 paid.

APPRAISEFORM despite a disappointing day yesterday is still in front for January.

Today has provided a bit of a poser for me though as yesterdays narrowly beaten nap BUSSA returns to action after an overnight rest. I still think he’s well enough weighted to be given a second chance today however he was hard driven and got a fair few back handers yesterday so ive decided to pass him over.

At Huntingdon i’m siding with GRAND EXIT 9/2 in the 2.50 to turn over the Henderson good thing and there should be a bit of value to be had with this one.

In the early evening I very much like the profile of ELEGANT OPHELIA (If you follow on Twitter you would have had 5/2) now 7/4 Adam Kirby can steer this one home in the 5.30.

SINCHIROKA 6/1 carries top weight in the 7.30 but he still looks well weighted and won very easily last time so i’m hoping the course winner can follow up today.

    Staking plan available on Twitter

Lingfield 1.00 - Sherjawy 7/1 Went close LTO with Kirsty Milczarek onboard, has not been put up for that effort. Has most of this field held in the weights. Has been a while since its last win but I think this race is plum for the taking.

Sedgefield 1.40 - Oniz Tiptoes 13/2 Won this race last year and is back off the same mark for a crack at a repeat after racing well out of the handicap. Down 7lbs for last run, should make all the difference in a 3+ mile slog

    Afternoon all,

Quite a few have mentioned horses in the 1.00 at Lingers but not PHAROH JAKE. I will as he is currently 2 from 2 here in the last month or so and has not been hit hard by the handicapper. With a couple of front runners in the field i hope PJ can make it 3/3.

Will also do the McCoy/Henderson treble as mentioned earlier.

Also there has been a lot of money for IOANNOW in the 4.00 Wolves. Probably because BUSSA is a N/R

Another double for me, IOANNOW and JACOBS SON in the 3.30 Lingers.

Marico looks a big price in the first at Huntingdon. I expect a better performance now handicapping 33/1 <ok> have backed ALI BABA as well at 7s as I think he has a win in him off current mark.
