Faulin's not really had a fair crack since returning from his injury and Diakite is far from the worst we have. I'd hate to see these two go, most especially as I would bet they will really perform elsewhere.
He actually said we could get rid of 2 midfielders and still have a strong midfield. Said we are 2 defenders and 2 strikers from a good side.
The sad truth is that a lot of our players would perform better in other teams but I'd hate to lose Faurlin. I'm not to fond of Diakite on the other hand and swap for M'Vila could be a good job
I think Johnson will have to go. Pending any further pro-lapses he won't be available until March. Harry will have to get the best out of what's available. I think that's called man-management. He got the best out of what was available to beat the Champions of Europe. We can't need that much tweaking?
We really don't want to be getting rid of faurlin and/or diakite but keep park & swp If we go down we'll need the former 2
Agreed. I think there must be more going on with Diakite than we are seeing. Looks a good player to me, when played in the right position. I would much rather lose SWP and Park before him. Faurlin is a good player who needs game time to get up to speed imo.
This depression that Diakite allegedly has must be affecting his performances both in training and on match day. Would still like to keep him. SWP, Bosingwa, Park and Anton can go now for me.
cisse johnson swp ferdinand zamora now hill derry park bothroyd campbell end of season nelsen dyer gone ****..theres a lot of work to be done
I agree mate but there's one thing to be taken in consideration. We don't have too much wingers and if we get rid of SWP we'll have Hoilett and.....is that it?
Agreed we should be planning for the long term not short term but if Arry keeps us up with a bunch of short term Mercs I reserve the right to retract that statemnt
Think you can add DJ to that list, simply because he's the only one there's an interest in and who can bring in some cash.
