Karma for what ? Being a good team ? You make your own successes in life there is no need to be bitter about it. If the roles were reversed I would think I wish my club could do the same.

to be successful you need to have good managers, QPR have never really had a good manager and they still don't to be fair.....

That's just part of the equation Dai, you also need good owners and a philosophy at the club that garners success and stability. Warnock is a good manager he was just stitched up IMO

    Jager;

I'm not bitter about your success, we can clearly see that you and many others on the Swansea Not606 board are enjoying it.
It's right that you enjoy it, your fans are as experienced as our own in having low points and watching others have the success.

I applaud you for your progress this year especially as this was against not only the pundits, bookies and yes QPR fans views, as a lot (me included) believed you would struggle.

My point about karma is that upon the Swansea Not606 board there is as much vitriol written about QPR as was directed at you pre 2012/13.
I must admit that I do like reading it, especially DILLIGAF and DragonPhil, I have to secretly admit that I visit the Norwich board for the same reason. Can't seem to find any comments from BEEF lately, i'm missing his token Mockney comment.

I lived in the Uplands in Swansea for several years and went to many matches including an FAW match against Cardiff at Ninian Park when the one and only Leon Jeanne (unsure about spelling of his surname) played and can assure you that I regularly heard anti English songs against the away fans and saw several scuffles/punch ups afterwards.
The token song always being 'Always s h i t on the English side of the bridge.........'
I personally have no issue with banter providing it does not lead to violence, I don't go to football for that.

Of course I would prefer QPR to be higher up the table, in the semi-final of the league cup, but unfortunately we find ourselves where we are.
I will be watching come rain or shine, above or below the Swans.

Dave Sexton, league runners up 75/76 to Bob Paisleys Liverpool.

Wild statement, but I won't hold it against you.

The vitriol goes both ways and its a bit childish, but there you go. I visited a blog from a QPR fan that was off the wall about welsh clubs, so it's both clubs. Fans ;) I took your post in the wrong way so I'll withdraw it and apologise. But as I said in my first post here about the decent fans here I wish you guys all the best.

It certainly does go both ways; it it ain't sheep; its extra fingers or Dick Van Dyke sweeping chimneys , deep down we all just support our team, this comes across in many different ways.

Good luck to you too, hopefully we can achieve mission impossible and stay up; as much as my head says we can't.
Then maybe; just maybe; normal service can be resumed at Loftus Road next year ;)

I really can't understand the beef between us, Swansea and Norwich fans and any others of the same ilk. Did anyone else on here not yell in joy and jump up and down in delight when Danny Graham scored against Chelsea?
For me it's always been about the David's (everyone) getting one over at the expense of the Goliaths ( Utd, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs. ) All the glory-hunting clubs with their plastic fans.

All fans of any other English / Welsh club do so out of their love for a local or real team. Real fans of real teams should not be taking each other to task. Target the plastics.

Totally this. I find it odd too.

There seems to be a perception amongst both Norwich and Swansea fans that we got a bit big for our boots. Maybe there's something in that, I don't know. But I do know that all us smaller Clubs should stick together as Nines said.

Cheers Swords. It still grips my s*** that we let City beat us on purpose last season. It detracted from all of our efforts. We received no recognition from that game although City fielded a starting eleven costing £190m compared to our £19m. It was a probably similar figure to Swansea last night. Chelsea probably spend or have spent more on Torres alone than the Swans or QPR have spent combined!!!! Yet we're fighting each other over a common goal. Real fans of real clubs need to fight alongside each other to let the plastics have it. That's where the problem lies in football.

A shame that a few (from both sides) started making 'digs' in this thread as there was a decent conversation going.

No doubt Swansea have done better than we have since we came up together, and have done it the right way.

Personally I couldnt sit and watch the way Swansea play on a regular basis, it does bore me a bit, but thats just me.

However, they should be congratulated on their rise through the leagues and their progression since getting into the PL. I do hate the 'i told you so posts/threads from opposition fans. Like we dont already know it!
