    Hmmmm, this is odd
    5 barca players
    5 real madrid player
    1 atletico

But looking at the team, is there anyone better in those positions? Not even in the italian, german, french leagues. Russian?
Who in the prem could make it?
    RVP?
    Maybe Joe Hart?
    Baines?
    Mata?
    Yaya Toure?

It's slim picking compared to whats on that list.

Leon should be up for consideration when you consider his pass success rate last season was the best in the world...Is that true?

Rvp is about the best we have in the premiership and he is not included...

Just a reflection of how we have failed at grass roots level to develop players the right way, just look at England and Wales as National teams??......<ok>

Joe Hart and RVP could make that team. Don't know anything about Falcao, may be RVP could nudge him out. Hart is better than Castillas for me.

Where is Pirlo? Juventus won the league with no losses. And what about Neuer and Lahm. I agree with the front three in Messi, Ronaldo and Falcao, but the rest is wrong. Marcelo, seriously? What about Kompany who won the league?

I know this team is chosen by captains and trainers so I guess the majority of those rarely watch Seria A or Bundesliga but this list totally lacks imagination.

    What a boring list.

Totally nonsense. It's just Fifa gushing over their favourites.

I'm surprised at Kompany not being included, Yaya Toure should have been in with a shout as well.

Ashley Cole and Philipp Lahm are better full backs in my opinion. I'd probably choose Yaya Toure over Alonso too. You could argue Joe Hart over Casillas seen as he's not been Madrid's concrete no.1 keeper this season. Hard to question the rest though!
