FC next for me please. Failing that the other Campbell at QPR. Failing that Becchio. I'd be very happy with any of the three to be honest but not sure Becchio would suit our style of play, would we have to start becoming more route 1 to accomodate him? Watching Leeds they just hit him all the time. I can't see us doing that.

Neither Simpson or Cairney are Leeds type players. I think if they wanted any of our 'available' players it'd have been McLean.

Great news about Meyler and Brady.
    Now for a striker.
Would take Becchio, he's proved that he can score at this level.
He scores the goals to get us promoted, then we can loan him back to TWS.

I'd go for FC, failing that Becchio.

Yeah I think that's called marketing, and if I was a Leeds fan I'd be really pi$$ed off with it.

We've been down that road ourselves in the recent past, Michael Turner springs to mind, it appears that the pillaging at Elland Road is set to continue with the new owners..............................good stuff!

Indeed it is GREAT NEWS.!!!! But hardly a surprise. Maybe all those sweating over this news can now relax.:smile:

FFS. How many new threads ? <doh>

It been done a while but officially made available since 5pm it seems.

Yes that Becchio rumour is gaining support. I wonder if Becchio is SB 2nd choice after FC ? TWT.

Well if we did send OJ and TC the other way then that would leave a space in the squad for Ryan Tunnicliffe.
Somehow i dont see it myself. If we get BECCHIO then it will be straight cash deal.

****ing great news... signing permanent deals on loan signings doesn't bring the same buzz "new signings" do but I think this is excellent. I'm guessing they'll both be on deal where the fee would only grow if we went up but with any signing I always think of the profit you can make and I think these two will become prem players and we'll make some decent £s on them when the time comes.

I would send Simpson and TC their way for Becchio. Cant see that happening myself, I would think it would be a cash deal as well.

Can't see Kelloggs selling many Frosties with that on the packet to be honest with you. Tony the tiger would be an improvement on that placid scribbled effort we have now.

    No, he's a very unlucky goldfish :emoticon-0103-cool:

Agree. Now we have bought these proven team members, it's time to get Stockdale and a striker on loan

What a load of bollocks. He's played every game for them this season.

    Get Elmo signed.

I'd rather get a striker signed first really. If we have the option to buy Elmo at the end of the Season, then leave it 'till then IMO.

Our primary focus now that Brady and Meyler have signed, needs to someone who can score the chances we create. Every match, we manage to create enough chances to win 3 matches let alone that one, but crosses just miss some players' boots, nobody is in the box, and our strikers are either out of favour (Proschwitz) or need 10 chances to score (Simpson). Aluko is naturally a midfielder/winger and is managing to do the job up front so really, we're quite lucky.

Cullen couldn't score in a Brothel, and if we manage to sign that one striker, someone similar to Billy Sharp, Lucciano Becchio, Frazier Campbell, just someone who will put the majority of our chances in the net, we'd be home and dry.

Striker and a goalkeeper are the primary focuses IMO.

Pleased we,ve got Meyler and Brady signed up, hope Elmo,s next. I would take Becchio over F Cambell if we had the chance of either. Also the owners are really showing their aspirations for the club, and support for the manager.
