It's been confirmed that Kieron Dyer has been released from his contract with QPR... shall we offer him pay-as-you-play terms? <whistle>

Brett Hangeland is out of contract this summer and is still yet to open talks with Fulham about an extension... Worth having as experienced back up? I reckon he's better than Willo. <ok>

I also am not opposed to a pay-as-you-play for Dyer. Looked decent lately and played games. Certainly the injection of pace we lack in the final 15 mins.

Isn't it Breda rather than Brett or something like that?
Anyways.. Hangeland is a great CB and we could get him for a cheeky £1m. Maybe even a straight swap for Simmo?

    Yes, it is.

Note to self: Must be exacting in future!

Hangeland would walk immediately into our starting line up IMO. Williamson is a ****ing pathetic footballer and Taylor is never fit

Tip: Miralem Sulejmani(RW/LW) is also out of contract with Ajax after this season, get's massive wages in Amsterdam and has fallen out of grace with Frank de Boer. Pointing out a potential bargain that's all.

Anyone else think Dyer could have been as good as Gerrard and Lampard ? If it wasn't for his terrible luck with injuries, terrible attitude and tendency too go out on the town

Yep, it was always going to be his year back in the day he had the potential and that worldly against Everton when we beat a few players in his own half and ended up lobbing the keeper showed that

Not a chance in thew world we'd sign Hangeland. He's one of the highest rated CBs in the league

Dyer lol... Him and that Spurs fishbowl dude, we used to had such a young n promising midfield , and it all went wrong :(

When Dyer was on his game, he was as dangerous as any midfielder in the league.. My best memory was probably against Blackburn away or something? Dyer came on with game 2-2 or 3-2, and Dyer showed how dangerous he was despite coming back from an injury and we scored 2 or 3 goals right after he came on, with him assisting I think...

Cant really remember the exacts, but I don't see us signing him if Cabaye and the others are returning soon. I'd rather see Marveaux get the playing time over Dyer, so no. Hangeland, not sure if we'd get him, but would take him in a heartbeat. Even Aaron Hughes, one of the Caldwells, anyone over Mike WTF Willo

Dyer, pay as you play? Hope the lad has plenty in the bank, otherwise he'll be down the soup kitchen for his meals.

Dyer, Owen, Luque, Marcelino, Steven Taylor.......we are great at spotting those who have bodies that fall apart when near a football!!

Dyer - a fine example of what's wrong with football.

Thought the ear stud was Kluivert. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Wouldn't take him back mind, his career is all but over I reckon, can't see any Premier league team take him on, that's for sure. As for Brede, a centre back who might actually give us a goal from a set piece wouldn't go a miss, so why not.
