Today Daniel sturrdge commented that there is no bigger club in england than LFC.

Thanks and all that daniel but you just need to keep scoring goals and working hard o nthe pithc, we are not plastics who just need this kind of bullshite to feel good about a new signing. Thats what torres did under the advice of the chelsea marketing group and then he promptly forgot how to do anything on a pitch but fall about and moan.

LFC fans on the other hand know a player when they see one so just score goals.... leave the mouthing back at the bridge!

I do wonder sometimes what else was said in an interview - were they struggling for a headline, looking to be controversial or endearing the player to the fans - because there's only one way to do that and it isn't by what you say.

 

As usual, another pointless interview with a manager or player. We learn nothing, hear what we expect to hear and everyone goes away thinking he's either 'bought' into the club or is a tit.

Such a PR business now that no one is allowed a genuine opinion, just the same old script.

I suppose he is trying to win over the supporter because he was not exactly everyones first choice. Personally I think he might be a good signing and £12m is not a massive fee by todays standards for a striker. I dont think he will start against United though
