    Just because I like ginger burds disnae mean ahm a ginger maself.



    I didn't say you didn't do any exercise. I was merely pointing out that if your goal is long term weight loss and maintaining that weight then sustained exercise is the key. And if half a pizza and some chips is your typical main meal then it's not going to work long term.

    dont have a ****ing clue what you're on about do you. 13 stone 4 and 6'1" is a BMI of about 25.5, hardly obese you thick ****.
