Yes we are! And the small corner shop mentality has to stop, pretty pathetic if you ask me, like the bloody ticket office, another corner shop outlet, not good enough as a Premiership club, and it must change!............. PS: let me see know how far this goes Hmmmmmm Half time against Arsenal on sunday, queueing for a snack, " Two hot dogs and a bag of fries love" , "that will be £3.00" came the reply, "sorry love but I think you've made a mistake" back came a vacant look, checked her till and said, "£3.00 please", "love I've had two hotdogs and a bag of fries" another vacant look, and another assistant comes along, "whats the problem", I said "do you want to be in profit?" she looked at the Till and what I had in my hand and said to the other girl, "one hotdog is £3.60, so two hotdogs and a bag of fries, can't be £3.00, can it" the other girl came back with another vacant look, and I finally got charged £9.60, the second girl smiled and said "thanks for being so honest", but what you have to remember is that that girl had been selling those hotdogs for a £1 all day up till I came along! Whatever you do don't tell Huw Jenkins...............
Aren't there commercial units around the stadium that could be adapted for a bigger and better club shop ? It's Ospreys & Swans after all. Perhaps a dedicated commercial manager needed ?
