I love this guy. Even in his first few games, he showed fantastic tactical awareness.

What I've noticed about him is his ability to mark a player and time a defensive header. He manages to track a players run, stay with them and despite being only 5ft 6 and probably no more than 9 and a half stone, he manages to hold them off pretty well and stay on his feet. Plus he times his headers away pretty well, and his decision making is pretty good.

I remember one game when he played RB at home, a brilliant ball was being swung in by the opposition, he had a huge bloke to try and mark, he managed to stay on his feet, block the bloke off, and head it away under extreme pressure. His ability to connect his head to the ball, for a tiny player, is excellent.

He's probably got to be the fittest player in this side also. He gets up the pitch, and down the pitch with such great pace, and runs for miles each game, and he never looks tired. He probably has better stamina than an in form Jonas and even Tiote.

The only thing I wanna see from him more is putting in some tackles. His movements are extremely quick, and he can get a foot in pretty quick with accuracy, but he doesn't quite do it enough. I wanna see more of that from him.

Top man and I can't wait to see him, Tiote and Cabaye in tandem. You have it all with those three. Tiote brings the defensive side with destructive play, Anita gives you the non stop energy box to box, allowing Cabaye the freedom to take up the playmaker role. All three have good technical levels and perhaps Tiote can rediscover his when he has the others alongside.

Brilliant player, shame on the people that were writing him off so early on.

As was mentioned at the time, you simply must give players time to adapt however poorly they start.

Exactly. I think people got caught up in Cabaye & Tiote doing very good as soon as they came in and expected Anita to do the same. A bit naive.

The little fellow will prove to be a class signing. No matter what the opposition he gives nothing less than 100% and puts some of our " strollers " to shame.

Aye, amazes me how quick people are to judge. Especially for a player his age/size in the PL. Cant fault the lad, cant wait to see him in a full strength team

He was absolutely sensational against Man City, that game made me a believer.

Like the game of the bloke. However when we needed him I was hoping he'd take more risks with his passes as he has the ability(hell, I'd rather see Anita try a tough through ball than see Simmo or Willo trying to do something funny with it)

That said, he's a tidy player with great technique and plenty of running. Starting to like him, and can't wait to see him alongside our big guns.
