    Not great reception in some areas, but audible all the way up to the border.Collie could be heard loud and clear in his **** brummy accent.

    No it doesn't.

    This is the council's responsibility. AP, the Allams and even Duffen have all tried to look after the stadium when the council have neglected to do so on their stadium which they are so desperate to keep hold of. That Geraghty cock said when the KC was opened that the council will maintain it in perfect condition or something and they've done nothing of the sort.

    I think City are quite confident they can use this fact to twist the council's arm regarding the stadium.
