Can i just remind you that this thread is for rumours. Which by there very nature are not based in fact. If GFC1234 read somewhere else and has just relayed the info there is nothing wrong with that.
swift can I remind you to butt out and stick to your own views as i'm not interested in your take on matters. sorry but that isn't even a rumour that mozzer(gfc0000) put on here and has done pretty much the same unfact based write up regards every comment he makes...not just the rumour mill thread, and it's something I've picked up on and find a tad irritating and want to point out rightly so ! that's my view on it, it's now been said...end of !!!
To be honest I really don't think you should be so rude to other members of the board. I understand your point of view but swift is right in what he said, this is for rumours and nothing else. Members can say what they want and shouldn't be spoken down to for doing so. Sorry if I have offended you but just feel you should be slightly more courteous to others. Also apologies to BRB if this has opened a can of worms!
In all the time I have known GeminiSwift I have never known him to insult anyone. Very reserved in his comments. Which is why I felt GeminiSwift the ideal person as moderator of this Gills board. He has taken the role to give me the help that would be expected as supermod of a site with over 21,000 members and I have not put to many zeros on that! Therefore gills4ever with respect I believe your response to GeminiSwift to be harsh, completely regardless of differing views or the objectives behind the rumour thread. People's future reputations are built on the reliability of information they supply. In fairness to gfc1234 it was my fault if you read back to the beginning in making the thread sticky and posting at #5 this comment: Seems to be a number of threads on the January window recently, so I will sticky this thread as it is aptly named. So unless you have a confirmed signing and link supplied justifying a new thread, please post all further rumours here. Hence by doing so I have unwittingly given an open invitation to posting without links or supportive information of comments made. My fault not gfc1234 or GeminiSwift. brb
When i have a take on another users(gfc0) repeated unfact based comments for most threads....not just the rumour mill, i'll make it known. i have decided to leave alone until now when every comment he prints is of the same unfounded tripe. please just give your own view rather than a statement of...we'll do this today/this week or it's not going to happen ! the fact that any other user has decided to step in and remind me of anything (i'm moderator and won't allow that) doesn't interest me and i'm a bit to old in the tooth to be told to keep it clean and there's a slap on the wrist. i'm sorry some see it as an attack rather than he's given repeated unfounded drivel, but that's how i see it. brb i don't expect you to agree...after all that's what these forums are for...opinion ! i would expect you to sway in the direction of your moderator swift and that's your choice...each to our own. there is more to life than rubbing people up the wrong way and wasting it proving otherwise, on that note i'll leave you to it

That is why I have not bothered with participating in this thread thus far. I have chosen to ignore unsubstantiated rubbish - you might do the same and not let your intelligence be insulted - do not dignify the tripe with a response - along the lines that the information is a waste of your time. ( I too hate my time to be wasted on my behalf ). ' empathy ' I am probably a bit like your good self, inasmuch that I am too long in the tooth to be impressed with childish dribble - but for the sake of your health - just ignore the tripe - trust me, those of us who have a few grey cells will also identify tripe when we see it.

I think he is good enough for League 1 maybe not a long term one which means he is probably not the best choice but for at least 2 years he would be good.
