Not sure whether Ruby Walsh will be fit to ride at Naas tomorrow, but if he is, he looks to have an outstanding chance of a treble in the first 3 races onboard Upazo, Marito and Champagne Fever. If he doesn't ride, the horses may well still win but probably won't make you rich. Paying just over 3s on PP oddy my man many thanks for the dude Dude stay frosty
I was up early this morning and had a bit more on DOUBLE DIZZY as Ladbrokes were going 12-1....! Its a bonu race with Bet365 today so all of you betting on the Sussex National with them should have a good look at the race after! I am going against the consensus and taking VULCANITE to confirm his superiority over Salden Licht today. He won a shade cosily when they met and jumps better for my money!
Mr Newby looks serious value at 5/1 in Plumptons opener. Ran a cracker when 5L 2nd to no other than PENDRA at Plumpton in a maiden hurdle, and that one ran an absolute peach in the Tolworth yesterday. He might just have too much for these today if he can run to that sort of level again and keep the mistakes to an absolute minimum.
Afternoon chaps - one bet for me today - Reblis in the Sussex. Will finish ahead of AP's ride this time. I don't buy into the Double Dizzy potential - I think he was lucky to win last year, and fit and well as he may be, I don't think he has enough to beat either Mission Complete or Reblis. I'd want to see more from Petitfour before committing cash on this one. But someone has to win it - good luck all
Mr Watson - how easy was that??? Richard Johnson - taking your horse wide to get the better ground defeats the object when he has covered a furlong further than the rest!
Inter dominating the second half, Palacio fluffs the chance of the game from 8 yards, 30 seconds later 1 nil down, 30 seconds later down to 10 men football is the real mugs game
Been tracking STRONGLY SUGGESTED 5/1 4.00 Plump for some time without getting involved. Will be today though. Also playing FORTINBRASS 5/2 3.50 Wolv and ACTIVATE 8/11 3.20 Wolv. Hope for a change of fortune after KGL disappointed yesterday.
Anyone heard any quotes from Rebecca Curtis in regards the second in the Welsh National and future plans?
One thing I have learnt over many years betting on football............NEVER EVER BET ON ITALIAN FOOTBALL
"He's a good solid horse and should have a nice weight for the National. It's the logical step for him. Hopefully he'll have a good chance." THIS FROM RP NASS JUST GONE UP, LIFTED FROM INTERVIEW ON ATR
I'm taking on Vulcanite and Salden Licht here with Vino Griego. Reason being he sets a good solid chasing standard and whilst those two are more progressive profiles over fences, until they prove their jumping again I think 8/1 against them looks a nice price for a horse who can run to 130+ at its best.
