http://www.watfordfc.com/news/article/130104-thompson-loan-to-barnet-bevans-deal-loan-578652.aspx At least he won"t have to move home.
Was going to be difficult for him to get a decent run back in the team after being out for so long. I really hope that getting some regular starts will get him back to his best and hopefully back into our starting line up. But would he fit into the new style of play?
He would have been a better fit than Murray on Tuesday. And I say that despite still considering Murray to be a better player.
Good news for McGinn. I wonder who Hoban is talking about in this quote: âAlthough I have only been around the football club for a few years, I have seen how a player can have a really good six months and be talked about and let it go to their head and stop working as hard as they did in the first place."
Where is that Mark? I think I know exactly who he is on about. And I have suspected that is exactly why he has not been in the squad. He seems to be a bit to much of a Jack the Lad.
Official #watfordfc ‏@watfordfcsays Steve Beleck has today completed his loan move from #watfordfc to Stevenage for the remainder of the campaign. An odd one this - comes here on a loan then leaves us on loan elsewhere.
Here..and yes we are probably thinking alike! http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foo...et-big-guns-knock-him-off-course-8438170.html BB - Does seem strange but Beleck is young and not sure he is really ready for Championship football.
Surely Matty Whitchelow? Started out with loads of promise, scored in the league and ended up being dumped from loan by a relatively poor League 2 club. From what has been said of him, very unfit and overweight now a day.
I didn't think the rules allowed this? Obviously Udinese must have loaned him to them via us, FIFA must have allowed it? I suppose it does show that he is with us for the long haul though and not just till the end of the season.
Yes...I did have Murray in min as Hoban would have seen more of him. You are right though to suggest Whitchelow. Is this Murray? Hope not! https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A_yR3TOCAAARz9E.jpg:large
Very likely to be Murray. Well known to be out and about flashing his cash in the local bars & pubs...another John-Joe it seems
Welcome apeman. I hope you enjoy being here. It was him, but he has since tweeted saying it is a water vapour pen. It is allowed as he is a "foreign transfer". Moose (he will always be Moose!) and owl explained it earlier on twitter.
According to the Beeb it works like this. "International loans are recognised as regular transfers, meaning the player can be re-loaned as long as the deal stretches between two transfer windows." I understood the first part, but why the two transfer windows? We seem to be able to send players out for periods that suit the clubs.
When you think about it, we have got all our international transfers for a full season and now Belleck goes till the end of the season. So its from Summer to Summer, and Winter to Summer windows respectively. We certainly seem to know the rulebook inside out.
