Elmo, Meyler and Campbell for 3mill, i would take that anyday! Sunderland must have made a HUGE loss on Campbell
According to Wiki they paid 3.5 million for him with the fee potentially rising to 6 million. They defiantly took a big loss on him.
Why do people continue to misrepresent why some other people have a problem with Fraizer Campbell? Personally I would find it insulting, if I didn't think those that make such assertions aren't of low intelligence.
I think it will be nearer 4 million for those 3 players, 1.5 meyler, 1.25 FC, 1 mill for Elmo plus add ons if we get promoted
£1.5 million for Meyler, 600K for Campbell? 900k for Elmo? That certainly would be 3 bargains! Can see us getting Elmo for cheaper as well!
It certainly makes that ridiculous £7million that we were allegedly going to offer for Fraizer Campbell look even more stupid... £600K for Frazier Campbell is a bargain, Meyler is worth every penny of £1.5million and to get Elmohamady under £1million would be a ****ing snatch!
My guess would be that we make no attempt at buying Elmo. He is on a season long loan with the option to buy if we are promoted. So there is really no reason to buy him unless we needed to free up another spot for a loan player as we can only have 5 on game day or we need to free up another spot for a loan player from Sunderland as we can only have 2 from them.
Haven't we got Elmo on a season loan with the option to buy if, sorry when, we get promoted, why buy him now using money we could slash on other targets ?
Yeah, he regularly blacked up and went to the HDM to do interview after interview pretending to be FC's dad/agent.
I still remember it as well, it's the fact when I got home and watched the whole programme it included Deano and Beagrie down at North Ferriby's ground during the week practising that exact pass and shot that's most stuck in my head. (probably due to copious amounts of alcohol being consumed in the 24 hours before the actual game)
No doubt FC's dad/ agent is a dickhead - but why does that make FC a bad guy - I cannot get my head around the negativity some people have towards FC
You think they do interviews face to face?!? And it was total bluff from Duffen and Brown, Campbell made it clear from the start he was never going to sign. His dad was merely doing his job and publicly keeping his options open.
Campbell would score us goals, there shouldn't even be an issue for City fans on whether we want him back or not. He would improve our team so it is a no brainer
Doesn't it all sound rather familiar? http://www.thisishullandeastriding....ers-says-dad/story-11978707-detail/story.html
