Anybody else had problems getting an answer from the KC Ticket Office today? I must have spent over two hours in total (45 minutes in one go) sat listening to the automated female saying all the operators were busy, before finally getting through. Wonder how many potential ticket buyers gave up?
They're busy because there's been a problem with the Cup Direct tickets because of people having cards declined or having expired payment details (ie a new card has been issued to replace the one they had when they filled the form in)
I gave up ringing and walked in on the way home from work. Apparently it has been rammed all day there too. Of the 4 tickets I booked, 2 came up as the wrong type i.e. an under 10 pass came out as an Adult cup ticket. I was there about 25 mins even though I got served as soon as I walked in. The staff clearly had had enough by then. Seemed to be about 6 staff in total visible. 2 on the counter, 4 on the phones.
I rang around 12.30 and got through 45 mins later, i thought they had left one answering the phone and the rest had gone to diner
same here, 14th in the queue every time i rang and nothing in the options to even say tickets v orient on saturday were even on sale. Got through and persisted on 3rd attempt. Job done.
I had 15th and two 14th before I gave up. Got the 15th sfter a frw mins of engaged so assume that is max queue length
