Do we think Millwall will buy him or just a loan?

More than likely loan with view to perm. Who would want to buy him on the form he has shown here?

I can see Bruce bringing in a striker from abroad though as well. We really only have 2 out and out strikers at the club, Big Nick and Simpson, so ideally we could do with a couple

He's not, they've already announced the squad and he's not in it.

He's not an out and out striker anyway. Hopefully we can bring in a big lad and a little, quick one too!

God knows what talent is hiding in Nigeria if they don't want Sone.

They're only allowed a limited number of players that play in overseas leagues and they've already got the likes of Victor Moses and John Obi Mikel, even Obafemi Martins and Peter Odemwingie didn't make the final squad.

to be fair to McLean, he is no more than an above average striker in this division and there are plenty like him around at the moment and available for transfer. He did a good job for us through a very difficult financial time. I would think that Steve Bruce will have to look above the Championship to replace him for the better. Indeed, Steve bruce probably already has his replacement ined up. Good Luck Aaron.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to know that there are people who really care about Mclean by reading his updates but a 29 year old man going on about 'twerps' is a bit too much
